Customer Reviews of Wii Licensed Component Video Cable
It works! Not much else to say... It does what it is supposed to perfectly. The image on my 1080i LCD TV is perfect. No defects, ghosting, or artifacts. An HDMI would have been nicer, but it works fine. The price is a bit higher than I like to see, but I do not trust genaric cables for this.
word up, component like a mofo
like everybody's already said, this won't make your wii up to par with the xbox360 or ps3 (not that you want to; graphics don't make a game, fun does). however, better quality games like re4, zelda, and prime 3 look that much better, as well as the channels. must buy for those with component-ready tvs.

Does what it does
This product does exactly what it's supposed to do. Easy install and with a few system settings I was playing metroid prime 3 in 480p on my 65 inch tv. 480p looks way better than 480i. The jaggies are more prominent but the picture is sooooo much better that I hardly notice them. I went with the Nintendo brand since it was only 10 bucks more than the knock-off. Since it's an analog cable, I was a little skeptical of the knock off and figured that Nintendo would build a better cable for their system. If it were a digital cable (HDMI) I would have bought the cheapest I could find. Read up on digital vs. analog cables if you don't understand. Highly recommend this cable if you have a wii and a TV with component inputs.
