There are better
I got this as a shower gift so I really can't complain. It is cute, fits well in a nursery, and holds a load of baby clothes. We used it all the time and eventually moved it into our downstairs bath where we undress and bathe our son, and it's closer to the washer. Although, when he grew, his clothes grew, thus filling the hamper faster and making the bag too heavy. The bag ended up ripping but I thought no big deal, we don't need the bag. To my surprise the bottom of the hamper is open! There are some plastic straps accross it but all falls out of the bottom, which I think is a strange design. Maybe it's so your clothes can air out? Regardless, without the bag the hamper is useless. That said, they should make the bag stronger and until they do, I would suggest buying another brand that does have a closed bottom.

Great for nursery
While this hamper is a little small for larger clothes, it is the perfect size for baby clothes. I received this as a gift and have been happy with it. It has a removable plastic liner with two wooden dowels which hold it in place. In my hamper, the liner takes up the entire interior space, so I haven't experienced the other posters' problem with clothes falling through to the bottom. In fact, it would be really hard in my hamper to get anything outside the plastic liner. I also haven't had any problems getting it opened or closed. I covered the top of the hamper with fabric from the nursery so it's not quite as plain. Overall, I'm pleased with this product.

Not worth it
This product was a waste of money. In the second week, the lid fell of the hamper (it's made of cardboard) and it was definitely too small. I replaced it with a GREAT hamper from rubbermaid which only cost me $5!
