Love our dresser! I ordered our dresser assuming it would take a month to recieve after reading the reviews posted on Target's website. We recieved our dresser in less than 2 weeks. Eagle shipping set up a 4 hour window to drop it off, and when I called that morning to see if they had any idea when they might be by they were courteous and called the driver and he showed up within 15 minutes of when he thought he might be there! It is not the highest quality dresser, but for the price it is a great buy. My husband and I wanted to spend conservatively on our nursery, and purchase high quality furniture for the babies next room. The dresser makes the room complete and offers plenty of room for all the little things for the baby. I would recommend this to my friends.
Delta Luv-Buyer BEWARE!!!
I recently purchased this exact item from Babies R Us, special order. When I opened the box, I found many scratches, hardware that had fallen off, the entire back was 1/4 off, chuncks of the pressboard crap it's made of falling off, drawers that get stuck because they fall out of the metal glides, and WORST of all, 'manufactured by Delta Luv.' Unfortunately, I previously purchased a crib made by Delta Luv and discovered what kind of company it is. When I moved the crib on wheels only 3 feet across the floor, several harware pieces broke. It took over a month of calling several times daily to get through, and the customer service rep was RUDE. Delta Luv did NOT stand behind their product. It was 2 weeks out of warranty by the time I got through on the phone and they made ME pay for the parts(Evenflo makes the same Jenny Lind style crib-I have one-and they replaced parts that I totally LOST for free and were very polite). In or out of warranty, furniture shouldn't fall apart so easily. Needless to say, I won't attempt to contact them to replace this changing table combo because I refuse to deal with such a lousy company. I need something made by a company with a good reputation. If considering buying this changing table combo, prepare for shoddy workmanship, damaged merchandise, cheap materials, and no available customer service to address the problems(unless you have time to call several times a day for a month or so).
good quality---very BAD delivery!
We had a terrible time getting the shipping company (Eagle) to admit that they had this item in their warehouse. Everytime they scheduled a delivery time, we had to wait for a 4 hour block and it never showed up! We called Eagle and they would state that the unit never showed up in their warehouse! Once my husband started screaming at the manager's, miracously it appeared at our doorsteps...an hour late of the time they told us, but none the less, it is here. We ordered several things online and this was the only one we had a problem with...everything else was shipped by UPS. I hope Target will resolve to ship everything by UPS in the future. As for the product, it is very nice and has lots of room for storage.
