Customer Reviews of Weightmania Pro. Track Workouts, Meals and Measurements (Windows Version)
Great way to start taking control over your health After playing around with the program for awhile I finally figured out how to use it. You can put your before-and-after Pictures on it, track what you eat for weeks, Track your workouts for weeks, it shows you a percentage of carbs, fats and protiens you ate that day. They have about EVERY food in the data base that can automatically be intered for you instead of manually entering it (which takes a little time). This can help ANYONE with ANY health issue. Its an extremely indepth, almost too indepth and detailed! The first 2 weeks of using it takes sometime and work to remember to write down EVERYTHING that you eat and drink. But Once you have entered the food once, the program remembers it. So you only have to enter it once and all you have to change is how big your portion or how much you ate. It helps to carry around a note book that has labels saying What it was that you ate, how much of it you ate, then Carbs, Sugars, Protien, Fat, Sodium and Fiber. Also helps to write down your workouts too, even if it was just a 10 minute walk! It does all the math for you! You have a personal journal you can write it, and you can put a password so its totally private! And you can add the whole family or more on here! The only down side is that it takes sometime to figure how to use it and where everything is. I use computer every day, and it took me a week to figure it all out. So I can see it being a little difficult for some people.
PHOOEY!!
Who would, knowingly, buy diet software that didn't make it obvious how to get the number of calories one has just consumed??
<

<
>Of course you might be inclined to say RTFM (read the manual).
<

<
>Well I say PHOOEY.

I have no idea what the above people are talking about
I bought this package for my wife based on the above reviews. Never have I wished more that I had downloaded the free trial first.

<
>The user interface isn't intuitive (understatement) and the initial database is extremely lacking in the exercise area. The nutrition database search doesn't offer a smart search like diet power does which makes finding things rough for the first time user and the charting feature was so ill explained that it should have just been left out of the tool altogether.

<
>The download didn't include any user manual beyond the help, which lacks a searchable index.

>Do yourself a favor and check out the free trial on their website first. We opted for Diet Power instead of this tool as a result of their trial software.
