Easy to use I have a small home based business and needed to build a website. I am the least technical person around and was able to create a professional site very quickly and with little effort. This product saved me lots of money and allows me to appear very professional.
Great for Novices
I bought this product for my dad who is not too technical. He loves the product and allows him to easily create websites with little HTML knowledge. I agree that the product may take some time to getting used to, but what new product doesn't? The other two reviewers sound like they were programmers looking for a cheap alternative. This is not it! It's for the newbie that is looking to create their very first website. Like the title says..."Great for novices".
Non-intuitive
This program is useless. The interface is confused, busy, and non-intuitive. The simplest of commands, like displaying the source coding, are obfuscated and the ramp-up time to just passably use the program is outrageous. Although it claims to be easy to use and to walk you through webpage creation, the walk-thrus I've found are minimal and still create a number of issues that don't seem to be covered, like having a replaced graphic ripple through the subpages of the site). I've figured out more advanced programs like Photoshop, InDesign, and ULead's Video Editor in a single day without ever cracking a manual, but despite playing around with this for a week and reading most of the manual, it still is clunky and hard to figure out.

>If you are looking for a cheap alternative to DreamWeaver (which I was), don't bother here. Spend the extra money. Sure, you'll be out at least $150 more, but the time and frustration you'll save will well be worth it.
