It may look good, but don't buy it
I loved the way this dressing table was going to look in the nursery. When we put it up on the wall it held very securly. When we pulled the table down, the metal support on one side snapped off. We tried to repair it, but the bolt was too small to fit in the hole. We didn't think anything of it after that. A week later, the magnets to hold the table up stopped working. So we had to add a hook and eye to hold the table part up. Otherwise the pressure from the table being down all the time would eventually pull the whole unit out of the wall.
The thing that finally made me return it was, one night my husband was up changing the baby, and I heard a loud snap. Apparently, while my baby was on the table, the other metal support snapped off. The table was not sagging and pulling the unit away from the wall. My baby was only 8 lbs when this happened. All I could think of was the table collapsing on her while she was on it.

Over all, it may look nice, but it's poorly put together and it is truly a safety hazard.

Frankly, this product is a great idea, if it could be made with quality parts and some type of guarantee. This particular company should take this product off the market. It's not worth having a baby seriously injured or worse.

Looks good, saves space
I have yet to use this product as my baby is not due until summer. We installed it fairly easily, but it did have some minor damage due to poor packaging. Also the screw included to fasten the knob was too short, but we had one at home that worked. It looks good and the damage is not visable so we'll keep it and try it out. It is definately not hardwood throughout. I also did not see anything on how to remove the railing to convert it to a desk. There are no visable screws to release the railing so I guess we'll have to call the manufacturer - if it survives until the baby is old enough to need a desk!

Do not purchase
We had the following problems with this product:

1. The main body does not line up so the drawer that you put the baby on does not fully open or close.
2. The cubby holes at the top are also out of square, giving a somewhat Frankenstein appearance at close inspection.
3. The wood-colored lamination is peeling off in several spots.
4. The safety belt did not come with parts or instructions on how to attach it to the frame.
