Customer Reviews of Waiting Room
Armsbendback "Waiting Room" I heard good things about Armsbendback's album, "Waiting Room," but i wasn't particularly impressed. The singer (or whoever it is that screams) screaming voice isn't great, and the songs themselves are nothing to rave about. The music and lyrics aren't bad, they just don't seem too original. This is not a horrible cd, however, and is worth checking out if you're into the new screamo style. It's not exactly hardcore, but not too soft.
Rating: Three stars.
WTF IS UP WITH THE +LIVE+ CRAP?
This band is all right; really: I'm not gonna be a narrow-minded basttttttt; oh I forgot Amazon policy. Anyway; I can't tell if this band is for real or if they're trying to rip another Glassjaw offshoot like so many other bands are. The major difference between these two bands is that 1. They got produced by a dude from Live 2. This guy's voice kind of sounds like the guy for Onesidezero who sounds like Maynard from Tool (duh) for that matter. Think this with old Everything You blah blah blah Glassjaw era with lyrics about breaking up: yeah you know the drill. It's ok, but still a step higher above the plate to be a little more original than something that has already been done would be nice; maybe they were here first and just didn't get a record deal? Who knows? I have their record though and it isn't HARDCORE; it's MEDIOCORE. Good effort; don't ignore them if you're ALL about the "new-old sound", just a couple of bases short of home.
very good
awsome cd with power ballad lyrics that consume the soul!!
