In recent racing games such as F1 2002 from EA Sports, where a smooth frame rate is so critical to a good performance, we were able to crank the graphics options wide open and still experience a fluid, unencumbered drive. In 3-D shooters such as Unreal Tournament, the difference between a GeForce2 or less powerful card and the VisionTek GeForce4 Ti 4600 is stunning. Character and object edges are sharp, textures are rich and lifelike, and lighting and explosions are spectacular.

If you have a television with an S-video jack, you can purchase a separate S-video cable, plug it into the TV In/Out connector, and play your games on the big screen (and record them on a VCR). The kit also includes a copy of CyberLink's excellent software DVD player PowerDVD, but lacks any bundled games or extra goodies.
