I love this shelf now that it is hanging up!
When I first bought this shelf, I bought it at a local Babies R Us store. I got it home and tried to put it together. After much frustration, I finally discovered that I had two of the same end peices. I was a bit annoyed that I had to drive back to the store, and exchange it for one that had the correct parts in the box. Check the box first! Then, I went to hang it up on the wall, and my husband just could not get it to hang up properly with the hooks provided in the box. We ended up nixing them for regular screws, and hung the shelf up that way instead. That finally worked! The shelf is very sturdy and very good quality. I absolutely LOVE what it looks like in my daughter's bedroom. I also purchased the bunny picture and the clock from this collection and I love the combination! I did not purchase the bedding set because I am actually converting this room over to my daughter's toddler room. So, I don't know about the previous person's review and the colors not quite matcing. For the pieces I have, it all coordinates very nicely and I love it! I highly recommend this line!

love the shelf!
I originally had read the reviews & was wondering & worried about the colors of the shelf & concerned about how shipping would affect these items in the vintage teaberry collection. The lighter shade of green in the shelf is found in the floral print. It gives it a shabby chic look b/c of the mix of fabrics that Wendy B. uses with the different colors & shades of green. I called around & found a store(45 minutes away) that carried the extras of the this set that I wanted b/c I wanted to check each item for scuff marks or scratches....but then again I can be picky :)

be careful
this item was purchased as part of a baby registry. it was shipped by itself without being placed in another protective box. the wood is so cheap that the corners got banged up during delivery. tried exchanging it for another, but the same thing happened, so returned both. customer service was apologetic but am not going to get it again.
