easy and delicious just wanted to write a quick note to congratulate the author of the video.
the dishes are wonderful in that they are straight forward in design and explained well enough to allow someone like myself to jump into the kithcen.
As an aside, my young children find the video fascinating (apparently) to watch!

Excellent dishes, easy to follow, great concept!
This is a wonderful idea, great for anyone from college students to young working people to families to senior citizens. The instructions are easy to follow and although they are simple, they don't patronize those who do know something about cooking. Each dish is presented from start to finish in an easy to understand format. There is a shopping list included along with the recipes on a card which can be taken along to the grocery store. The selection of different types of cuisines is a brilliant idea, making for a versatile cooking experience. This video would make a great gift for just about anyone. Highly recommended.
Excellent Cooking Instruction!
I found the video to be fast enough to keep you interested and slow enough to learn how to make the dishes. The recipe booklet that came with the video was excellent. It is as if they taught me how to cook and took all of the notes for me. I have made several of the dishes and they are so good! My boyfriend was really impressed. I was afraid to cook before, but with instruction from all the different ethnic types, i am now confident in the kitchen and feel I can cook many things both from on and off the video. I highly reccomend it.
