It works! A bit expensive for the final product. When I first took it out of the box, I thought, "Wow, this is cheap piece of plastic." However, it really works! At least the boys keep their hands off the buttons of the TV now and I am not saying no every five seconds...
Wonderful and Helpful
The trick is to get this when they first become mobile... I bought this when my son first started crawling and getting into things at 9 months! He still checks them out every once in a while to see if he can now push the busttons but also knows it is no use!
Worthless
I bought 4 of these plus 2 of the ones for the TV. Waste of money they are, especially if you have a TV that curves, where they can get their fingers in the sides. For the vcr, my 2 year old son just pulls the top and reach in. If anything it's a pinching hazard. Toys r Us use to carry a VCR guard that fit into the opening of the vcr. I used that one when my daughter was younger, she's now 4, and even now they can't open that kind because it requires sliding a button while holding an alternate side, something she can't do even at 4 going on 5. That one is made by Safety 1st and you can find it on the internet. Don't waste your money on this!!!
