Customer Reviews of Universal Soldier II: Brothers in Arms
Decent update of the man from the movie "Universal Solider" This made for TV made movie is a decent update of the man that VanDamma played in the original. It still deals with the man Luc Devereaux has from being a former Unisol. The Unisol program is tracking the former solider.Luc also has a lady friend who works for the media helping him. The action is decent (considering it's for TV ) Also in this movie is Gary Busey playing a commander of Universal Soliders. There are couple of plot of plot twists along the way so I wont give them away! This movie has non stop action, thrills and searing special effects! Its a fun movie even if you have not seen the original movies !
Other than a few bloopers, the movie was fantastic!
Luc, Veronica, and Eric (Luc's brother) star as fugitives either framed for murder (Veronica) or thought not to exist (Luc & Eric) battle to rescue themselves from the half Goverment, half mercary program of going to "Show & Tell", a scam to rip of another goverment of a lot of diamonds. Also looking for proof to prove Veronica's interest and to help Luc recover from memory loss. Universal Soldier II "Brothers In Arms" Summory
W-What is this supposed to be?!
One of my favorite pastimes is getting a stupid movie and sit around with some buddies and make fun of it. When I saw this I thought to myself- I marginally respect Burt Reynolds and Gary Busey. As the pedestrian story unfolded (some mishmash about the Unisols not obeying their commands and, like, shooting somebody or some other) we were so shocked that we couldn't even think of any wise cracks to scream at the TV. I mean this was bad, folks, just plain bad. Can anyone out there tell me about how this dreck came into being? Oh yeah tell me how it ends because I couldn't take it. Was there some kind of legal battle over the name or something? Clearly inferior to the same named theatrical release featuring Jean Claude. Van-Damme. Watch at own risk. I mean it.
