Very soft... holds up well
This mattress pad was exactly what I was looking for. It is very thick and soft, waterproof, and has washed up very well for me. I just throw it in the washer and dryer with all the other baby clothes, and can see little wear even after a dozen washes.

Great Mattress Pad
I bought this mattress pad for my son because he loves cushiony surfaces. I used to nurse him in my bed and he got used to a really soft surface. He's 8 months now and he's always been a very big, rambunctious, active boy so I'm not worried about his safety. He loves the pad but I wouldn't recommend this for newborn babies that can't sit up or get on their hands/knees. I was looking for a matress pad for older, active babies who love very soft surfaces and the UltraSoft Mattress Pad is great!!
