A Good "Butt Burn" Workout I know this is not a very yoga-like thing to say, but one thing I love about this DVD is that every time I do it I get a good burn in my butt and thighs. This workout consists of stretches with breathing as well as exercises which are full tilt movement. The "breath of fire" done with exercises makes you feel like you're making your fat cells disappear. Another great thing about this one is that every time I do it I feel very peaceful at the end. When I do aerobics, etc. I get too wired to relax. Now I know that when I want to get a good workout and also get that "oceanic" feeling so many people associate with yoga, I can pop this one in the player and get the best of both worlds.
MY ULTIMATE STRETCH!
This is a great Yoga session for night or morning. Ana & Ravi's Ultimate Stretch really is the Ultimate Stretch! I am pretty flexible but with all the sitting I do at work, I feel the need to keep my hips open and thighs toned and increase circulation all over which this does for me.

>The exercises feel super! They hold the poses long enough to release the body which I really appreciate. They make their workouts interesting and fun so it is never a chore. I love the singing mantra at the end. It is in my head all day and makes me happy! PS: Another Great One is Yoga Bliss Hips! I alternate the two. The short sets in Yoga Bliss Hips are great for my limited attention span.
I love the Ultimate Stretch Workout
I use several Ana Brett & Ravi Singh workouts. They are strongly inspired by Ravi's years of Kundalini Yoga teaching experience and Ana's dance and yoga background so there is definitely a beautiful synergy at work. This DVD is beautiful to watch and makes me feel beautiful to do. The exercises flow and use breath, the pace moves along except for short rests (I have heard it termed conscious pausing) while you catch your breath before the next move. This is a whole workout and even feels slight cardio but never too strenuous. This really works my hamstrings and I see the results and also a tightening of my core muscles. Even though the Wah music presented here is not my favorite of the Ravi and Ana music, I find they always use the music very well. All in all- it feels wonderful and it is effective in increasing flexibility. I absolutely love Ultimate Stretch Workout.
