Customer Reviews of Two Minute Warning
Worth watching. Engaging, believable.
This movie is a gem!
This is one of those guaranteed "edge of your seat" flicks. Football and terrorism...a unique combination for a film. So a sniper perches high above a Super Bowl crowd. Who is the target? Whatever shall we do? Lets call (the good guys) Charelton Heston and John Cassavates to asscess the problem. This tag team duo gives hard-core attitude and good acting to the movie. The plot is quite subtle in the movie's first hour or so. During that time the we become intimately familiar with some of the key supporting characters. To some viewers this may seem like boring "fill in" time just to get to the movie's climax. But trust me...it is essential...becoming the backbone for the films final scenes. The film's shocking and eye opening finally has some very high octane action/thrill sequences. The film is classic...and not many others cover its genre. "Black Sunday" may be the sure closest thing to it however. I recommend it as well.
Real Action Movie, full of suspense, every scene counts
I have seen this movie way back in 1977. I enjoyed every part of the scene. It portays a situation that can happen in the present. Considering the threat of terrorism on a international scale. This film is really worth watching because it provides the viewer the real action and situation in combating terrorism. The two main characters' role were magnificently portrayed by Charleton Heston (the detective) and John Cassavetes (the head of the SWAT team), likewise the role of the many supporting actors. This tape deserves a place in every serious collector's library.
