Dangerous - Can't adjust harness straps easily!
I agree with the Child Passenger Safety Tech., May 7, 2004, with it's so dangerous not to be able to tighten or loosen the front harness! For those of you who don't use this feature, or think it's important, you obviously have never been taught through a child safety seat inspection. Depending on what type of clothing your child has on, you need to tighten or loosen the straps. This car seat makes this everyday event impossible, without being able to get to the back of the car seat! I wish I would have noticed this before getting it home, but at least I kept the box, because this one is going back for the next model up, the Ultra CarGo Booster. It's a bit more expensive, but well worth it! I encourage everyone to find an inspection site to become knowledgeable on this important fact! Your children are worth the time it takes to buckle up correctly, every time! I'm very disappointed in Graco for putting this on the market, and told them that! I love Graco products, they stand behind everything they make, and will send you replacement parts if you call with problems, but this design shouldn't have made it past the drawing board!
