Amazing and Valuable. High praises. This dvd is well worth the price. It is thoughtfully made & well made.I just finished viewing mine for the first time and I am so inspired and honored to have this I know I will work on much of this for years to come.What a humble and skliied teacher on this disc. For any serious kung fu/ tai chi student this is recommended. As this style/ form is rare this disc is a chance to learn from a direct lineage instructor. This disc is not a beginners disc and any one looking to buy this should have or plan to have some background training in martial arts, preferably chinese.This form is both internal and external and is beautiful to watch.
Amazing Kung Fu Training DVD
I am a huge fan of Kung Fu, but I know little about any actual techniques. I was looking for a fighting system to learn in my own time and leisure and randomly stumbled across this DVD. It is very thorough and shows both the forms as well as the applications of each movement in great detail. The disc is jam packed with content and really does an excellent job of documenting all aspects of Liu He Ba Fa. I also particularly liked the interview segment that broke down many of the questions I had about the fighting system. I found it very informative and I look forward to continuing my study of this traditional martial art through this video tutorial. Cool intro too!
