The misleading tower
I ordered the Tower of Sweet Treats for my brother (which we've received before and it's nice), but instead he was sent the poinsettia box as his Christmas gift which is a cheap replacement. Harry and David take liberty in replacing items that are out of stock without offering the customer their choice of alternatives. Not okay. When I wrote to Harry and David to complain about their poor choice of alternatives and lack of consultation, the silence was deafening. Needless to say, they've lost a customer. <

good but not a lot of treats
the other reviewers are right in saying that there are not a whole lot of treats in these boxes. i bought this for my sister-in-law as a christmas present, because i didn't know what else to get her. she really loved the treats and was able to enjoy them because she didn't have to share with anyone else. the boxes really are half the gift because they are so cute and reusable. i received a similar gift last year and already knew not to expect too much inside the boxes. i wasn't too disappointed about the small amount of treats for that reason.
