Good deal.
The carafe (thin glass) and funnel (plastic) are a little less than luxurious, but both clean up easily, and work well. If the class on the carafe were thicker? Five stars. I really want to give it five, drat. <

I almost bought the Toddy Maker cold brew maker but hesitated because I notice that my basement is becoming a graveyard of kitchen gadgets. I also almost brought it because the internet really does a good job on explaining the benefits of cold brew coffee. I became very interested that I researched the "cold brew" method of brewing coffee in the internet and came upon websites that shows how to do it using an ordinary jar, your refrigerator and a strainer (to strain the coffee grounds). <
>Yeheey! With this method I can now try out cold brew coffee and see if I really like it without investing on something that can end up collecting dust in my basement. So I tried it for two weeks. People are right about cold brew, there's no acidity, very smooth and excellent for making ice coffee..Yummy. But Alas! it's just not for me, I realize I prefer the bitterness of hot brewed coffee and the convenience of waking up with coffee already made by Selena (my faithful automatic timer coffee maker). <
>In conclusion, try it the old fashion way first (research the internet for instructions...it's very simple) then when you realize that "cold brew coffee" is for you then decide if you want to buy. <
