Customer Reviews of To Serve And Command
A very basic game with little real action... The game uses a map to show the action. After the mission briefing, your units and tanks are placed at the staging area. You know the enemy is coming but not where. A red dot then appears then disappears...the enemy has been spotted. Using your mouse and dragging the mouse position your men and tanks to prevent the enemy from reaching their destination. Each item in your army has a life bar, when the bar is empty that item is gone. It's more a race against time to try and move your units to intercept the enemy. When they find each other they fight you can only watch. A tank will blow up...that's it. This game looks like it was written by a first year video game student. Your units are all ant size execept for the tanks. It takes a great deal of memory to load and run...for what I don't know..it's definitely not for quality graphics. I love military simulations. This one is in no way realistic. I played it twice and uninstalled it. Terrible.
