BABY MAT NICE PRODUCT, BABIES ENJOY OTHER THAN THE FACT THAT THE PART THE BABY KICKS OR PATS TO MAKE MUSIC (LIGHTS & SOUNDS) IS OVER BY THE TIME THE CHILD CAN LOOK TO SEE WHERE ITS COMING FROM. HES ONLY 3 1/2 MONTHS, BUT STILL OVER VERY QUICKLY. LOVES ALL THE COLORS.
Grows with your child
My 8 month old has had this for about 4 months now and loves it. When she was younger, she enjoyed rolling around on the mat and playing with the lion and the chimes. Now that she's a little older, we have removed the mirror and she plays with that just about everywhere. She enjoys all of the toys that came with it and we usually end up taking them with us when we go out.

>Although she was a big kicker and would kick the response pad, I'm not sure she ever understood that she was making the music start (though you can have it to just play music without being kicked). She might get a kick out of it as she gets bigger.

>The mat can no longer contain her, since she loves to roam around. We've placed a big blanket next to it, so she can roll from the blanket to the gym, with various toys along the way for her to play with.
