Extremely Informative & Useful
The South Beach Diet Newsletter just arrived in the mail. I found it to be VERY informative, helpful and practical. Each section offered useful advice that I am able to apply to my lifestyle immediately. A great compliment to the South Beach Diet Book. The 6 recipes are unique and of course healthy.
