First issue should arrive in 12 to 16 weeks Four months after you order this magazine, one day you'll remember and say "Wait a minute, I never received a single issue". Then you get to go through the excercise of trying to find out what happend. In my case they wanted to only give a partial refund since 1/4 of the year had already passed. Granted we're only talking 5 bucks, but I couldn't believe the audacity! I wrote back stating I never received anything and was issued a full refund. This looked like a nice magazine. Oh well, I think I'll give Travel + Leisure Golf a shot and see if I have better luck.
Also had TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I ordered this magazine as a gift for my father in law...in July. It's now the middle of December and he still hasn't received his first issue. Customer service barely responded (with ambiguous and not useful information). Now, I'll try to work with Amazon just to get a refund...I'd rather go to the grocery store and buy the magazine each month and put it in the mail then deal with this mess!
Don't Hold Your Breath Waiting For The Next Issue
The Golfer has great editorial but TERRIBLE customer service. Whoever runs this magazine does not care about The Golfer's subscribers.
