amazing technique
amazing techniques of French cooking developing before our eyes by Mr. Pepin, a very special and talented teacher. I reccommend this DVD for those people who love to cook at home, but never witnessed a classic French chef in action. I've noticed: he took less than one single minute to prepare a whole chicken ready to roast, using only a good knife and his hands. Unbelievable! And much better: anyone can do it! See how to inspire yourself to better cooking ways, taking home Mr. Pepin's lessons.
A great instructional dvd
I love this dvd. It teaches you how to poach an egg to how to debone a chicken. I learned so many useful techniques by watching this dvd. I would recommend this dvd to anyone who's looking to get a bang for their buck.
