Customer Reviews of The Collection, Vol. 2
Bone at their best this album only has 4 new tracks, but it is still worth buying, all 4 new tracks are hot, Weedman by bizzy is the best song on the album, C Land IA by bizzy and flesh is tight, i always wondered what a bizzy/flesh track would sound like and they don't dissapoint, frontline warriors is a layzie/bizzy collabo which isn't as good as the bizzy/flesh collabo but is still tight, although it has the same feel to it as the songs on mo thugs 3, the mothership, sleepwalkers is a track that many people didn't like, i loved it though, it does have a hole in the track at the end of eazy-e's verse, but you can tell it is an old song cuz bizzy, layzie, wish, and krayzie all have their old rough and rugged style to their flows, the rock mix of can't give it up is the only song i could've done without, 2 glocks mix isn't too bad, change the world is good and look into my eyez mix is better than the original, thug luv with pac is one of the greatest songs ever made, don't hate on me by jd da brat and krayzie is tight and hook it up is a pretty good track, all good and ghetto cowboy are worthy additions to this must have collection of bone thug hits
Not Really A Greastest Hits CD But Still Pretty Good
Even though some of the songs don't deserve to be on here, there are surely songs that make this LP shine. Songs such as Thug Luv, C Land l.A., Weedman, All Good, Look Into My Eyes (Atlantis Remix), Frontline Warrior, Change the World, Ghetto Cowboy and Sleepwalkers are very good songs for this LP. Song such as 2 Glocks (Remix), Hook It Up, Don't Hate On Me, Can't Give It Up [Rock Remix] shouldn't have been on here in my opinion. They seem like they don't fit this album. Anyway, it's still a good album. If you're a die hard Bone fan, go pick this up.

FOE THA LOVE OF MONEY
This is a great Bone album like the rest of them. The good thing about them is when you listen to thier music you don't want to be a Bone wanabee(thier first 3 studio albums desurve 5 stars, especialy East/Eturnal 1999, it's rated 1 of the best rap albums of all time), if you listen to the album that I wouldn't like to listen to, G UNIT, some people who listen to it want to beat people up and this is not the case with Bone thugs.
This gets 3 stars because I don't like some of the remixes. This would of got 2 stars if it weren't for LOOK IN TO MY EYES remix, ThugLuv(on Art of war) and unreleased old Bone track SLEEPWALKERS. They're some of Bone's best work.
I'll rate each track with 5 being the best
C LAND I.A. (3.5) Electric guitar synth and it's a Bizzy and Flesh duo, I prefer Frontline warriors and this track takes longer to grow onto you.
DON'T HATE ON ME (3.9) This is great because it's got Krazie, J Brat and J Dupri. No weak verse and all 3 Rap differently and not the same. Krayzie flows with Beat best and J BRAT raps more hardcore(not as hardcore as Krayzie on East 1999 single). J Dupri raps slower but he is still cool.
THUG LUV featuring 2pac 5/5. The second best to me and this has repeated shotgun blasts with piano synths. Bizzy does best because he is straight hardcore and rapped faster than Twista has probably ever done, if Bizzy wasn't on this track this wouldn't be one of Bone's best songs. 2 pac is next(he doesn't disappoint) and is not fast and he steels the show of best lyrics. Layzie is next and as usual, he uses his amazing flowing skills but his voice is soft in it. Krazie is next and flows pretty hard was well. Wish doesn't do so well and he got worse from East 1999 were he was so much better. He sais my favourite line 'put the cord into the mother f*ck*r.
HOOK IT UP 4/5. This is underated but this is great and it's a no limit song with Master P(M P) and Silk the Shocker. The song starts with Layzie and M P on There Cell phone. Then M P raps chorus by saying I've got the hook it up it up. Krayzie is up next and sounds different as usual which is good, Layzie is strong as usual and Wish has my favourite lyrics and makes me imagine them running with asualt guns through buildings whilst shooting them haters and police(I'm no thug or phyco). Silk does fine and raps fast.
LOOK INTO MY EYES remix 5/5 this has a better tune than the original. My favourite verse on original was Layzie's and now it's Bizzie's. This has melodic tune and has a bit of electric guitar was well. The new music makes all the verses have a better beat and this it's now very catchy.
WEEDMAN. 5/5 This is just Bizziy from Bone and special guests. A great soft tune to chill to and Bizzie uses his high pitched voice like he used from The Art of War and onwards.
FRONTLINE WARIORS.Featuring Big B 5/5 A Layzie and Bizzie duo then Big B at the end. Now Layzie is soft and doesn't rap as good as he did on East/Eturnal 1999 album, his softer voice fits in perfectly with the deep base in the background. Listen to sleepwalkers(2nd verse) and that's got Layzies old style and you'll agrea that he used to be better in some ways. Bizzy raps just as good.
GHETTO COWBOY 4/5 Featuring Thug Queen, Krayzie Bone and Layzie. This is a comedy track and I don't find it funny because I don't have a sense of hummar with songs. Krayzie sounds different and Layzie gives him help along the way.
Sleepwalkers.Faturing Eazy 5/5 Most Americans say that this is da bomb and it is. This is an old track and why this wasn't on Creepin on ah come up or East 1999 is beyond me(maybe it was because it's short or it was not finished produced). Eazy E(R.I.P)uses great lyrics and after his verse you here an explosion and Layzie comes in and he's catchier as ever. He was my favourite rapper from East 1999 and this shows why. When krayzie comes in you can tell it's the young thug and he rapped more hardcore than he does now. Bizzy is next and does the most hardcore. He makes my head bob. Wish comes in and is not as hot as the rest of them thugs but he raps fast towards the end for 5 secs.
FAVOURITE SONGS(IN ORDER OF BEST)
1.SLEEPWALKERS.FEATURING EAZY E
2.THUG LUV
3.LOOK INTO MY EYES remix(better than original)
4.FRONTLINE WARRIORS
5.WEEDMAN, Bizzy Bone with special guests
If they want to be soft from T.W.O, then they should do songs like Frontline Warriors, Bone Bone or Weedman.
