I wish I had bought this one first.
This was not our first high chair purchase. We first bought the Fisher-Price Jack and Jill Easy High Chair. It was not that bad but was missing alot of features that you just don't think you will need. The biggest thing missing was the five point harness system. We did not think it was a big deal when we made our first purchase but let me tell you, you will feel so much better knowing that your sweet little baby cannot fall forward out of the Tahoe. Just make sure you put the bib on over the straps so the food wont stain them. The seat cover is reversable cloth but you can wipe it off almost as easily as the vinyl and if not you can wash it. My four month old son hated vinyl. His poor skin would stick to the chair. It also folds up so nicely. There is a wonderful spot on the back to hang the tray. It reclines to four different positions so if they cannot sit up yet there is a comfy position to eat in. Tanner loves just sitting in it watching me doing the dishes. There is one more thing that is the best thing about the Tahoe besides the five point harness that I didn't read about in any reviews. IT COMES ASSEMBLED! Can you believe that? After we took back our first chair we were dreading putting together another and we were so excited when we pulled it out of the box and all we had to do was push the wheels on. What a winner. I love this chair!

Solved a tough decision..very nice!
After reading all the reviews and visiting the store to try out
all the models 2-3 times, we decided on this one over the other
brands/models, including the tan leatherette Prima Pappa that
we thought we were set on, and over the other Baby Trend
- Breckenridge (same chair, different coloring design).

It is just as easy and as stable and sturdy and
has all the same/similar features of the best of the other
models and brands. Looks as nice as the Prima Pappa leatherette
if you reverse the seat cover for a more plain patern
(we didn't consider this one until we reversed the seat cover).
The cover is cloth - less likely to crack after multiple kids'
use & has a vinyl protective pad underneath. The cover is
washable if you don't want to just wipe it down, but it covers
the seat better/more fully than the Prima Pappa, which would cut
down on chances of food getting in the nooks and crannies along
the sides. It comes fully assembled except for putting on the
casters, just like the Prima Pappa and some other brands too.
The tray stores on the back, where the Prima Pappa one flips up
the tray for storage. We noticed at times the flipping up
thing on the Prima Pappa is not that easy depending on the
possible abuse the buttons may have gotten (store model).
The tray is a 2-tray system, with a less bulky clip-on top tray.
It has the same positining and strap features as the others.
Folds just as compact as the Prima Pappa and more compact and
easily than others. Wheels lock same as others, and there
is a part that keeps your baby from wiggling out of the
seat, too.

Major difference: 1/2 price of the prima pappa, about same as
all the other brands/models' price, and comes in tan chair
body/legs like the leatherette prima pappa for better looks if
you don't want all that blue and silver or white stuff in your
kitchen and dining room. 1/2 price for all the same bells
and whistles..and if you absolutely are set on a vinyl seat cover

you can purchase one through Baby Trend, and still save
money having purchased that and the seat, over the Peg Perego
brand.

Wonderful High Chair for Neat Eaters!
I love this highchair! I have recommended it to my friends and I would recommend it to you! The wheels are wonderful (although they do lock up sometimes and my son has fun locking them when he's playing!). The chair pad is great! My son is a neat eater and I have only had to flip the chair pad once (because it's REVERSIBLE!) and then I washed it once too. The vinyl under pad removes so you can clean the plastic chair base. The chair pad dried in about 2 hours (easily washed after a meal and dried before the next meal!). This highchair is wonderful! The straps are great too (they keep little squirmers in!). The height adjustment is great too for when we feed him at a different table! Enjoy this highchair!
