The TView Micro PC-to-TV scan converter is based on TView proprietary FS400 video processing technology. By compressing computer resolutions of VGA (640 x 480) to XGA (1,024 x 768), it's able to generate high-quality video output, fitting your images cleanly onto any TV screen.

The small and compact design offers PS2/AT and USB connectivity, and is compatible with virtually all PC and Mac applications, as well as NTSC and PAL formatting.

Picture OK But Doesn't Fill Screen
The picture quality on this is fine, if that's all you care about. It does flicker a lot on startup and such but that seems to be pretty standard for these kinds of things.

The biggest negative is that the picture does not fill the TV screen (i.e. not enough overscanning). It does have vertical size adjustments but they don't fix this problem. I just called the manufacturer and they said that it is a known problem. Buy the TView Silver if you want to avoid this.
