Flawed But Good Yes, they added unwanted and un-needed sound effects to anotherwise ok cartoon. But we have thank Goodtimes for giving us the chance to see a classic cartoon we wouldn't get to see otherwise. <

>The first to create cartoons by tracing live action footage, producer Max Fleischer and his brother David Fleischer used this patented invention to revolutionize animation. More than 600 artists and technicians were employed on each cartoon to bring magic to the screen, so prepare to be amazed by some of the most dazzling special effects ever [or at least for its time]. <

>Up in the sky. It's a bird! It's a plane! It's SUPERMAN! With those words, the legendary comic book hero, created by Jerry Siegel, flew onto the screen. Voiced by Bud Collyer, Superman appeared in 17 original cartoon classics created by Fleischer Studios from 1941 to 1943, starting "superman (aka The Mad Scientist). <

Ruined Audio
They've added sound that ISN'T SUPPOSED TO BE THERE! Just for the sake of having booming sound. Well thanks, but we want Superman animated they way it was made, not edited with booming sound.
Superman - Childhood Fun
I been searching for classic cartoons for myself but mostly for my kids. When I was a child my favorite superhero was and still is Superman. By watching these cartoons I found them to be very enjoyable but my son of 3 years old is turned on to Superman big time now. It's alot of fun hunging out with my son and watching his reaction to the cartoons for the first time. It's funny watching him play Superman and then beating me up. I would give it a 5 star rating but there is still room for improvement with the picture and sound. So buy it and enjoy it with your family.
