Customer Reviews of Super Stomachs
DO IT WITH DENISE!!! I don't know if this is the same video, but if it is, I've been looking for it forever. It has the most annoying presentation, but it was the best abs workout I've ever had. I don't know if I got a rock hard tummy from her workout exercises or from laughing...It doesn't take the time to explain the moves, nor does it spend much time on warm-up, but since I like to do this workout everyday (or every other day), I'm more than happy to skip those things. It's fast and effective. I never knew what it was like to have a flat stomach before this video. It isn't easy, but it is well worth it.
not for me!
I really do not like this video at all. First of all, Denise Austin is very annoying in it. TIGHTEN YOUR TUMMY! TIGHTEN YOUR TUMMY! It gets so annoing. Also, I barely feel like I work my stomach during it. I don't think that I would reccomend it to anybody.
Claim is Rock Hard tummies???
It's difficult to tell when this videotape was made, but it's safe to say it was ... PRE-BLONDE HAIR! The original video is titled ROCK HARD TUMMIES. And with repackaging, it is now "SUPER STOMACHS."
Denise Austin rushes into this 15 minute workout with a quick e ineffective warm-up to very little effective stomach moves. She claims that you will have rock hard tummies by doing this 15 minutes a day. Well there are many goofy movements here that take up time from the 15 minutes and I KNOW that the movement will not produce hard tummies. Most of the reps range from 12-15 times. But see for yourself, there are some GOOFBALL moves here.
She doesn't do much of explaining why a move is done, what muscles are working, or how to effectively benefit from particular movements. ... Skip it and look for ABS of STEEL or Try Kathy Smith or Jane Fonda workouts.......
