I am a pretty strong person. I have 8 years of ballet training and have been doing pilates for over a year. The people doing this video are freakishly strong and yet appear to have no muscle definition (like barbie). I think this type of exercise is a good deal more cerebral than any fitness routine I have worked with and I do hope I will be able to master some of the technique in a years' time.

The Callanetics series of exercises is great and very effective. However, the DVD plays fine in the DVD player but won't function in my laptop DVD drive making me consider it must be a poor copy - in which case why did I pay full price for it? <
