BOTH MY DAUGHTER AND I LOVE IT! WE BOUGHT THIS CAR SEAT WHEN MY DAUGHTER WAS ALMOST TWO. I LOVE THE FEATURES, SUCH AS THE ONE HAND ADJUSTMENT FOR THE SHOULDER STRAPS THE PUZZLE-LIKE BUCKLE - WE HAD TO GET USE TO IT, BUT SHE COULDN'T WORK IT. A DOWN SIDE TO THE SEAT IS IT IS NOT VERY PADDED AND THE RECLINING FEATURE ONLY WORKS IF YOUR SEAT RECLINES. ALSO THE BELTS DO TWIST, BUT I DON'T KNOW OF A CAR SEAT THAT DOESN'T- JUST UNTWIST IT! AN UP SIDE TO THIS SEAT IT WASHES WELL, WE HAVE HAD TO TAKE APART AND WASH MANY TIMES IF NEEDED IT CAN BE USED UP TO 100 LBS. MY DAUGHTER CAN REACH THE CUP HOLDER JUST FINE AND HAS SINCE WE BOUGHT IT. THE CHEST LATCH FINALLY BROKE AFTER HAVING IT A YEAR AND A HALF AND COSCO SAID THEY WOULD SENT ME A REPLACEMENT FOR FREE! SO NOW MY SON CAN USE IT WHEN HE REACHES OF AGE. MY DAUGHTER CURRENTLY USES IT AS A SEAT BELT BOOSTER AND LOVES IT. THE SEAT SITS HIGH AND SHE LOVES WATCHING EVERYTHING GOING ON OUTSIDE. I THINK COMPARED TO OTHER CAR SEATS THIS ONE IS GREAT FOR THE MONEY.
A lot more negatives than positives
I bought this seat for my 3 year old hoping that he would get more freedom than he had in his older car seat. Well he got his freedom alright. I could not keep him in the seat. The harness system is entirley way too easy for children to figure out and he did figure it out in 1 day. I had the same problem just using the belt and tether straps. He kept undoing the seat belt.<

Another issue. When I actually did have him in the seat the straps are a major pain... They twist on a daily basis and are a pain to fix. I also was unable to get the straps tight enough.<

I think the only way you can recline this seat is if it is not in your car. I have a mini-van and a suv and could not recline the seats.<

I ended up buying a incredibly inexpensive low back booster and my child hasn't got out of it yet.
Buyer BEWARE!
i consider myself to be a carseat gestapo when it comes to getting 1) the seat tightly enough in the car (i expect it not to move AT ALL), and 2) the straps close to my child's chest (NO more than 1-2 fingers under the strap at the collarbone). well, this carseat has been a nightmare since day one! although we can get it in our Odyssey so it doesn't move (and yes the tether is a pain to adjust), once it's in we CANNOT get the straps tight enough on our daughter. i've pulled and pulled and pulled until i literally popped one of my ribs out of its cartilage (extremely painful injury)!!!
this seat may be a wonderful booster seat, but it STINKS as a 5-point harness seat. i'm throwing it away i'm so disgusted. i've got a Britax on order and cannot wait til it arrives. i love our other Britaxes (Roundabouts) that we now use for our son since our daugther outgrew them. i don't know why i tried to cut corners and buy one seat rather than one now to take her to 65 pounds in a 5-point harness and another later for a booster.
carefully examine your child in this seat if you do buy it. my bet is that your child is NOT in the seat tightly enough to be safe.
