Very Good!
I was really very surprised by how good this tape was given the fact that it's only about 20 minutes long! However, I wish the producers had dedicated more time to demonstrating how to do the moves rather than just showing and explaining the moves. It's assumed that novice dancers will be able to pick up the moves through observation, but in reality, this is not always true. Many women new to erotic dance will struggle with how to do the move, how to smooth out the movement and how to look like the dancers on the tape, so demonstration, in my view/experience, is most important! <

>All of that being said, this tape has 4 sections to it which consists of: The Wall Routine, The Chair Routine, The Floor Routine and a Bonus Routine. As it says, the routine is shown first and then the routine is broken down into parts with narrator explanation of the moves. The moves are not broken down by the dancers at all. But, the routines are short which makes them easy to learn for beginning students and they are choreographed with moves that most beginners should be able to follow with some practice. The Bonus routine is just a routine for viewers to enjoy and from which to get ideas. <

>I especially enjoyed the dancers in this tape. They are able and normal looking young women. I'm so glad the producers didn't try to sell a beginning movement tape by using dancers who are over 6ft tall, super model gorgeous, siliconed to the hilt and skinny as heck!!! In the tape, 3 different dancers present the different routines and the variety is nice. <

>My only gripe about this tape is that the camera people do not focus on the footwork enough. It would have been nice to have more total body shots as opposed to focusing on a specific body part or the upper body most of the time. I hope future producers will understand that viewers need to see the entire body and not just part of the body. <

>Also, for older women who are interested in erotic dance, this tape will not give you modifications to use if you have problems with your back or knees so you will have to do your own modifications if you have problems with these areas. <

>Overall, I think this is a very good tape for beginning erotic dance students. The 3 routines will have you looking and dancing like a stripper in a short amount of time if you are able to learn through observation. If you need more instruction on how to do the moves, I'd suggest tapes by Leah Stouffer or Susan Bremer. Happy dancing! <
