The Source of all evil That's pretty much what you can call this magazine. It's hard to find an issue without Benzino's face in it. This has got to be the sorriest rap magazine ever. Do not support this racist magazine. They bash Eminem for being White, now it's true he released a racist song when he was 19 but it was after a break up with a black woman. But Ice Cube, Dead Prez, & literally tons of other rappers have made racist songs but The Source doesn't care to take them out of the game. Just shows how racist they are, and then picking on Insane Clown Posse who are also white. Benzino really did it this time, The Source's articles aren't even that great, it's like you're reading last year's XXL! It can't compete, and with Benzino behind the table and a racist staff, I am not going to support them and neither should you.

THE SOURCE IS STILL A GOOD MAGAZINE,ESPECIALLY COMPARED WITH XXL,WHO FEATURES HALF OF THEIR COVERS WITH DEAD RAPPERS,GANGSTA RAPPERS,AND RETIRING RAPPERS EVERY YEAR.HOWEVER BEWARE OF THE MIC REVIEWS.I BOUGHT MADE MEN'S "CLASSIC LIMITED EDITION"SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY RECEIVED 4.5 MICS.BACK IN THE DAY, I WAS HEAVILY INFLUENCED BY THE MIC REVIEWS-BUYING ALBUMS BY ARTISTS I NEVER EVEN HEARD OF LIKE WHORIDAS OR TRACEY LEE BEACUSE THEY RECEIVED 3.5 OR 4 MICS.RIGHT NOW YOUR PROBABLY SAYING "WHO"BUT,THAT'S HOW INFLUENCED I WAS BY HIP-HOP AND THE SOURCE WAS THE ONLY MAG THAT MATTERED.I'M HERE TO TELL YOU NOT TO BE SO INFLUENCED BY MIC REVIEWS OR MAGAZINES IN GENERAL THERE IN IT FOR THE MOST PART TO MAKE MONEY.WHEN A MAGAZINE STARTS OUT IT HAS A "PURE HUNGRINESS"TO IT JUST LIKE A BIGGIE SMALLS OR NASTY NAS.BUT NOTICE THE CHANGES WHEN YOU GET LARGER.YOU CAN KEEP READING THESE MAGS BUT RECOGNIZE THE REAL IN BETWEEN THE LINES.
