Unhapppy Baby
I purchased this carrier not knowing how difficult and uncomfortable it was to use. I found it hard to get my son into it without help and without hitting his face against the hard surface between us. He does not like the carrier or cradle positions. In the cradle it seems like the head support padding causes his neck to bend at an uncomfortable angle. This carrier is definitely not suitable for small babies.

Baby Not Comfortable
My baby wasn't comfortable in it. He especially didn't like where his thighs rubbed against the leg holes. After a few minutes, he would squirm and fuss to get out of it. We ended up returning it.

I give it 2 stars because it at least met adequate safety standards--for me, the most important criteria of any product.

Not very snugli
I put the Grow with me Snugli on my registry thinking "this is great, it converts from facing in to out and turns into a sling!" Well when I finally tried it out my son hated the sling. Who could blame him? The support board was too hard and barely had any cushioning. I wouldn't want to be stapped against a piece of cardboard. Even when faced in the board between my son & I felt uncomfortable and when facing out I think he could use better support against his chest. Also the shoulder straps are not well padded to protect the sides of his face...especially if he falls asleep. I wish that I did as much research for his carrier as I did for his stroller. This is something I definately should've went for quality over value.
