a life saver! my newborn didn't like the swing at first, but at about 10 weeks it became her favorite place to nap! The smart sensor is wonderful; just make sure you set the sensitivity level so that the dog barking or a door slamming doesn't inadvertently set it off. The only drawback I see is that the motor is a little loud, but that doesn't seem to effect the baby at all; in fact, I think it's kind of soothing to her. I don't use the music feature at all - the music is kind of hokey, so I just put a CD on the stereo instead, if I want her to fall asleep to music. The canpopy folds back to make putting the baby in and taking her out easier and she loves the little dolls that suspend from the canopy. All in all, well worth it!
