Customer Reviews of Ski Resort Tycoon / Golf Resort Tycoon (Jewel Case)
Pretty Good Hi. I got this game combo awhile ago and enjoyed it for about 2 or 3 weeks.
GOLF RESORT 4 out of 5 stars
I like golf resort a little better, because for some reason ski resort is a little more boring and seems to take longer to play. It's a good game to leave going for a couple minutes so you won't have to wait for more money. I sorta beat golf resort by building everything there is to build. The game only lets you do 18 holes, and I would have liked twice that or more better since all you have to build is stuff like club rentals or tennis courts, which don't get used much. It's a pretty cool game, but you can't really get into it deeply.
SKI RESORT almost 4 stars
Ski Resort is fairly fun, until you don't have enough money to buy a bigger lift. I think it's fun seeing different people with different experience, and it's funny to watch beginners fall. The best part is probably the Yeti-like creature that takes away your guests and says "thinking..thinking.." on and on when you click on it. The basic buildings are warming huts for when your guests get cold, and little cabin things (i can't remember the exact name) where they can stay a night.
They're both pretty fun for a little while, but I would only get them because they're inexpensive. If you want to buy on impulse, I say go right ahead, since it's a pretty good price.
