I spent hours online reading reviews on travel systems and other hours in Toys R Us test driving all of the features etc. of the top ones listed in reviews. This travel system was my first choice hands down and I'm very happy with it. Here are some features that I feel made it superior to the other manufacturers:
1. Triangle handle on car seat. How great is this?! It gives you 3+ holding positions to carry the car seat without wrenching your wrists. The soft material covering the triangle has nice grip action for no slips if your hands are wet, sweaty, etc.
2. Release latch - It was superior to the others because when you push it to release the carseat from the stroller or base, it releases clean with no need for jiggling to get it out. It also is a nice tighter fit in the carseat where others kind of flipped up on the bottom a little.
3. The buckle - When I saw that it was made of heavy gauge plastic instead of metal, I was very leary. After some practice I found it to be superior. Other buckles have the two little metal pieces that go into the one buckle. This requires two steps to secure each of them. The baby trend buckle stacks both sides together then buckles in one step. If this sounds confusing, take a look at the buckle and you'll get it.
4. The bottom basket is bigger than most.
5. The parent tray has a cell phone holder with a spring loaded piece to keep your phone in place during a bumpy ride.
6. The vinyl parent window on the stroller canopy has a velcro flap to cover it up if necessary.
7. This was a biggie with me and I was surprised that it hasn't been mentioned before. The canopy on the carseat is the quietest on the market when you are adjusting it from up to down or vice versa. I tested all others and they would make loud "click click click" noises that would surely startle or wake a sleeping baby. This carseat (and the one on the stroller too) moved very smoothly and quietly while adjusting.

The only drawback I see with this system is that the carseat is a little heavier than others making the entire unit a not so lightweight system. To me, the weight equals quality. What a great system, I would recommend it to anybody!

Great system for the price!
This system has a lot of great features. The car seat base is more sturdy than others. The large canopy on the car seat and the stroller make protecting my baby from the sun and wind easy. The triangle shape handle makes the seat easier to carry. The stroller is lightweight and has a very roomy storage basket. The shoulder straps are extremely easy to adjust because of the button on the front of the car seat. The car seat base was difficult to install because I don't have the LATCH system, but it seems reasonable to spend half an hour installing something to keep my baby safe. One flaw is the puzzle-piece design of the crotch snap. It was easy at first, but once my son started squirming around it became much more difficult to keep the two pieces together and click them into the buckle. My husband finds it almost impossible with his large hands to use this buckle. All in all, I think this is a great product, especially for the price.

good for the price
i love how easy the infant seat goes in and out of the car. It also is easy for the on and off on the stroller. i love everything about this travel system, except it is bulky to store. the latch does not stay in place. and it does not fold tight. Besides that it wipes clean and is easy to use! i reccomend it as long as you have the room to store it while not in use!
