Safeworld leaves you unsafe I have tried twice to upgrade my Antivirus and this product has ripped me off twice now in one month. I have written numerous requests to all their email addresses and you can guess the result! I started trying to renew my Antivirus as soon as I got the first alert at about six weeks. When I puchased the "bundle", I found it only updated my Firewall. After numerous unanswered pleas, like a fool and almost out of time, I opt for the strait Antivirus upgrade for $29. Once again, after applying the code I am still showing "pending" in all but firewall and the antivirus has now completely elapsed back to an "ad". Thanks for nothing, Safeworld, now I have to ditch your working firewall to go to Mc Avee or Norton antivirus.
