Customer Reviews of Safety 1st Safe-Glow Nursery Monitor 2 Receiver Set
Bought For Two Reasons The first reason: 2 receiver units are wonderful. You don't have to move 1 from room to room; leave one in the bedroom and take the other one with you. <

>2nd Reasons I bought this is because of the shape and stability of the receivers. We had another type of monitor and it's receiver was always falling or getting knocked over because it was so tall and easily set of balance. This receiver is low and well balanced, it does not fall over. <

>The "glow" on the monitor is soft and not too bright. <

>I have purchased 2 of these, and have sent the web site to other individuals I know who were needing baby gifts. I will recommend this product to anyone who asks me about baby monitors.
good value for the price
We bought these for our 2nd baby because we needed another monitor with 2 receivers. After much searching online and in the stores, we found these on Amazon for nearly half the price of the monitors in the store. I was curious as to how bad the static would be after reading some other reviews but I have to tell you that we have little to no static whatsoever. The range is pretty good too. We are pretty happy with this purchase!!
Static
This monitor worked fine for quite a while. Then our neighbors had a baby (we live in single family detached homes, so it isn't like we share a wall or are even that close...) and we started picking up their signal and getting a ton of static. We switched channels and still got the static, but it was tolerable since baby was a year old and I just wanted it to know when she woke up. Now we got a new TV and all we get is static. Seriously, if you have electronics or neighbors, get a better model.
