Works well on Umbrella Stroller The handles attached easily to my umbrella stroller. It is very simple if you read and follow the directions. The cup holder is kind of flimsy and I just removed it. The handles fit securely and has made it much more comfortable for my husband and I to push our daughter in the umbrella stroller. It seems to be one of the few, inexpensive options out there!
Works well for umbrella strollers
My wife and I (we're both 5'10) purchased this for our umbrella stroller. It was a little difficult to install and tighten properly but we've been using it for about a month since then and love it. It does make the handle feel a little more woobly, but it's tight and we've never had problems with it. It stays on well and makes the stroller much easier to push. If you can afford it, go with a stroller with extendable handles (or a jogging stroller, with higher handles to begin with). If you can't, this makes umbrella strollers much easier.

Do not buy this product! It is very poorly made and fits so loosely that you feel like it will break off while pushing the stroller. I tried bending etc. to make it work but nothing helped. There are some other options out there on the web....
