>I give it four stars rather than five because it continues to have one annoying defect that affects the way I happen to operate. I routinely stuff certain financial files with a password. But ever since Stuffit V.8, Stuffit Deluxe has a glitch where the initial password-entry dialog box instantly slips behind the last active screen, rather than stay in the foreground for keyboard entry of the passpharase. I am forced to mouse to the password screen most of the time, a bit of a nuisance. If you don't care about adding passwords to your archives, or do so seldomly, this defect will not concern you. <
>Other than that, this utility functions without conflict with any of the myriad programs I run on my Macs.
