Darude's Second Release Is Outstanding! Finnish DJ/Artist, Darude's second release simply called "Rush", is an excellent trance cd with all new songs. The tracklisting is as follows: 1) Music (3:30), 2) Next To You (3:56), 3) Bitter Sweet (6:06), 4) Serendipity (6:09), 5) Healing (6:57), 6) Rush (6:15), 7) Drive (5:07), 8) Passing By (5:50), 9) Obsession (6:25), 10) Ranta (5:17), 11) Music, Original 12" Mix (7:17), 12) Next To You, Original 12" Vocal Mix (7:35). There are so many great songs on this cd that the standouts, many of which are instrumentals (with the exception of "Next To You" which has female vocals) are the hit "Music", "Next To You", "Bitter Sweet", "Healing", "Rush", "Drive", and "Passing By". There's variety here as Darude uses a combination of beautiful melodic synthesized as well as hard style trance. This release, in my opinion is much better than his debut cd "Before The Storm". This is one cd trance enthusiats will definately want in their collection. Highly Recommended!
Darude has done it again!
Darude definitely knows music! He has created a work of art. All of the songs differ from one another unlike Before the Storm. I'm not saying that cd was bad or anything; I have enjoyed all of the songs ever since I bought the cd. However, it is obvious that Darude spent much more time making this cd and it definitely paid off. My favorite song so far is Obsession. This song is a slow builder and you must listen to the whole song to get it. But boy does it treat you well! All of the other songs are really pleasing to listen to. This cd is too slow to dance to, but is perfect to listen to when you're driving or relaxing. Ahh screw it!! It's good to listen to wherever, whenever! Do yourself a favor and buy this cd!!
Just as good as his previous album
Darude can really throw down some trane mixes. Love his his balance of melodic and hard beat style.
My favorite track is track #8 titled "Passing By". It is good driving music and I love that nice little flute(or keyboard) sound in the song.
