Nice guide to the Hana Highway
My wife and I purchased this guide from their website a few months ago, saw they were selling it here, and thought we'd comment on it. I was surprised with the details of the guide and the number of photos was impressive, far more than any other guide of this size. The way it guides you around the road to hana is the best I've seen, even better than 'Maui Revealed' or 'Frommers' - though not as colorful. The fact that it's focused on the drive makes it worth it, the Hana drive is excellent. We used it to make a prioritized itinerary for the road to Hana and we thought the guide did a pretty decent job of sorting out the so-so sites (like blue pool which they say to avoid bc of private property - unlike maui revealed) from the highlights (Nahiku road, Waikamoi, etc). <

>They have now apparently split this guide up from the drive beyond Hana to the gulch, pools, and hamoa beach. It appears, at least on their website, to be in a book they've written called 'Beyond Hana & Upcountry Maui.' I assume its the same as what we've read by them on that trip before (probably better now), it's also great for the drive past Hana. <
