RCA 36" HD Monitor Outstanding! It is everything that the manufacturer say's it is. I would recommend this above the 38" RCA HD which is about 2 stars in my estimation. I had a difficult time picking this set above a projection type TV but am sure glad I did. My only problem was with it's weight but there is nothing you can do about that. I sit about 6 feet away from the TV and can see no trace of "lines" when watching regular TV.
RCA 36'' HD Monitor
I have owned this TV/Monitor for 3 months. This unit provides the multiable jacks for all of my equipment: HD DirecTV receiver, DVD Player, VCR, Computer, CamCorder, PlayStation and more. When used with the RCA DTC 100 in the 16:9 HD mode, the picture quality is outstanding! Set does very well in standard 4:3 mode as well. Some practice and a good user memory is needed to use the remote to switch between all the TV settings and equipment. Finding a suitable alternate TV stand (original matching RCA stand hard to find or not available) with space for 4 pieces of equipment under the set was difficult due to the size (Width and depth) and weight of the set. Finally found one from Bush furniture. Over all I'm very pleased with the set and would recommend it for those folks who are not ready to jump both feet into HDTV yet.
