 R4 Nintendo DS media device
I'm not sure why theres no product description on this page, but in case youre wondering, this little card allows you to do amazing things with your Nintendo DS (any version). Such things as reading e-books, watching videos, listening to mp3s, viewing pictures, running homebrew games/applications and most of all running copied commercial games. Yes, you will never have to BUY another Nintendo DS game if you own this little piece of magic. You will however need a micro SD card which Amazon sells many different varieties of. 2gb is the maximum capacity that this R4 card can hold at the moment, so don't buy anything over 2gb.

>I own both this R4 as well as the "Supercard DS One" and while I have had no problems with the R4, and it seems to run everything I throw at it, for some reason I prefer the Supercard as the graphics are a little fancier and I'm more familiar with it as I've had it longer. The one advantage I see that the R4 has over the Supercard is that the Moonshell version is more up to date (as of this writing). Moonshell is the program that runs all of the multimedia content, and the latest version has some minor improvements over the version thats currently on the Supercard. The firmware on both of these cards is updateable, but the Supercard team seems to always be dragging their feet.
