Customer Reviews of QuickBooks Pro 2005 for Mac [Old Version]
Quickbooks Mac compared to Quickbooks PC As a relatively new Mac user, I needed to convert my existing Quickbooks files into the Mac version. Although it's a couple years old, it meets all of my needs. It converted the PC file with no trouble at all, but it did not convert my custom forms. The PC version has a layout editor for forms and the Mac version does not seem to have that functionality, so I have to do that externally. <

>All in all, I am happy with the product--just wish they were the same feature for feature.
Quickbooks Mac to the rescue.
My business is small and catching up very quick with the bookkeeping since I received my QB MAC software. I love how it integrates all info into various reports. What an immediate eye opener to see my expenses vs my income! It was easy to transfer all info from my pc to my Mac with this. It's pretty intuitive. Just took a little getting used to, but am up & running.
dont waste your money
Do not get taken with this lousy product. the payroll portion of this is made by a different company and will cost you 19.99 a month after the 3 month trial period is up. but then it will not open unless you have file-vault turned off! I would own a PC instead of a Mac if I wanted to operate without file-vault!! the devil is in the details...it would be nice if all the advertising that they do to sell this, that they would be honest and upfront about it not working on MAC.
