10 minutes of boiling or 2 minutes in a bag... ...I'm sure you can do the math. Actually, to be fair, I do have to take 4 minutes with the bag - two "loads" to do 2 bottles, two shields, and misc little parts. It really does work beautifully, and quickly. And saves water, too, (especially important for those of you in the Southwest deserts.)
You'll wonder how you lived without these
These are great! I used to take two sets of breast shields so I could avoid any curious questions by co-workers. No more! I just clean up my one set of equipment, let it dry, then I'm ready for the next pumping.
