A great stroller! This is a good looking stroller, light weight yet sturdy, very easy to maneuver, we love it. My 3 year old boy now can take a good nap on it, but I wish it had a shoulder strap and a cup holder then it would be perfect.

I had heard a lot of good things about the Maclaren, and we needed a small stroller to leave in the trunk of my husband's car. I have the Graco Metrolite from our travel system in my car, but he has less room in his car, and we needed something small. I found the 2005 model at our local BRU store for $84! What a bargain!

Also, one time a friend took a picture of my son in this stroller...and it came out with the edges of the fabric part glowing...I hadn't even noticed that is has sort of a reflective stripe on it. Which I guess would be good to help cars see you if you were out at night with this.

I purchased this stroller anticipating my son would soon be growing out of the Graco travel system that we originally bought and loved. After a lot of online and in-store research I decided on the 2005 Maclaren Quest in the Regatta print. I couldn't be more thrilled. It is not listed under the lightweight strollers but should be. It is very easy to maneuver as well as open and close. It is in the mid to higher end as far as price but well worth it. I am also very picky when it comes to the fabric and print and I and very happy with the regatta. As mentioned in some of the reviews, the basket underneath is not the largest and can be somewhat hard to access when the chair is in the reclined position but the same is true for most lightweight strollers. The thing that finally sold me in the end was the 55 lb. weight limit. Most lightweight strollers, including Graco and Combi only go up to 35 to 40 lbs. If you are concerned about the lack of storage and cup/bottle holder I highly recommed the Maclaren Universal Organizer that can be purchased on babystyle.com. It is an easy and inexpensive way to add that last little bit of space that is easy to access.
