doctor approved My spouse and I are Pediatric Chiropractors. We actually took apart every carseat on display at Babies-R-Us to examine how well they were engineered. Since an infant's spine will double in length in the first two years alone, excellent support is critical! The "Primo Viaggio" model was the only "infant carseat" with padding adequate to support a tiny baby's developing spine. The LATCH system and 5-point restraint are the best available. We'd choose nothing less for our own baby.
