Prevention Magazine Informative articles but way too much advertising and inserts. It is weird how many drugs are advertised in a magazine devoted to health. Is it subsidized by drug companies? Trying to promote a healthful life style or promoting drugs? The extent of the advertising undermines its message.
Tons of Tidbits
There are very few serious articles in this magazine-- just tons of tidbits (stats/facts/tips). By the time you get to the end it's difficult to recall anything from the magazine; it's that shallow.

Prevention is a magazine anyone can benefit from with great ideas on easy lifestyle changes. On the flip they are not very specific, although geared more toward a female audience. Some issues are excellent and some are average, but always informative and positive, never condesending.
